How do I book a room at www.riotel.com?- Click on “Online Reservation” on our homepage and select the hotel you wish to stay in. Enter your check-in date, the duration of your stay (number of nights) and the total number of guests. Once you are done, click on Book.
- A list of rooms will appear for the hotel you selected.
If the Book button appears next to the room you are interested in, this means you can book the room online. Your room is guaranteed immediately.
If the Request Now button appears next to the room you are interested in, this means that a request for a reservation will be sent to the hotel to check the room’s availability. An email will be sent to you to confirm whether or not the room is available.
- The reservation process involves four steps: 1) Select the room you wish to stay in from the list of results; 2) Indicate how many breakfasts and dinners you want (optional); you can also indicate if you want an extra bed ($) and any specific requests you have; 3) Provide the hotel with your contact and credit card information and finalize the reservation; 4) Once your reservation has been made, a confirmation page will appear.

Once I’ve booked a room online, how late can I check in at the hotel?
If you have booked a reservation online, your room is guaranteed and you can check in at any time.
