Percé, between land and sea
On dry land and at sea, there are tons of things to discover in Percé! At sea: take a boat trip to Bonaventure Island, home to one of the largest Northern Gannet colonies in the world. You can also look out for guillemots, penguins, puffins and seals. On dry land: explore Mont Sainte-Anne and Mont Blanc, they have fantastic views, or try something different with the suspended walkway at the Geopark!
Day 1
Sea kayaking
Head out with the Avolo team on a sea kayaking adventure around Percé Rock (4). It truly is a unique way to see this natural wonder, as well as its flora and fauna. On the evening head down to the dock and watch the fishermen at work! Why not try your hand at mackerel fishing?
Day 2
Parc National de l’Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé
Take a boat trip out to the Parc National de l’Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé. You can get off at Bonaventure Island to admire the impressive Northern Gannet colony, which is one of the largest in the world. You can also look out for guillemots, penguins, puffins and seals.

Day 3
Historic walking trail through Percé
Head out on Percé’s new historical, audio-guided trail. You can download the audio guide from the App Store. The audio guide (with visual content) explains the history of this area of the Gaspé Peninsula. You’ll walk through several different attractions, see old photograpsh and hear many tales. This walking trail shows you Percé through the eyes of fisherman, villagers, tourists and artists.

Day 4
Percé’s new Geopark
Percé’s new Geopark showcases our region’s geological heritage through 23 incredible geosites, and has many different activities on offer (scientific multimedia interpretation, games for children, hiking, panoramic views and much more).

Day 5
Whale-watching
Head out on a whale-watching trip off the coast of Percé, if you’re lucky you’ll spot many of the different sea mammals who call the St. Lawrence Gulf home.
