Groupe Riôtel’s main priority is the quality of its service and the satisfaction of its guests. With this in mind, $8 million have been invested in Riôtel Matane to improve accommodation and services, this is in addition to the $3 million invested since 2009. The investment will be spread over several different stages: Stage 1 – Increasing the size of the hotel in response to guest’s needs regarding quality of accommodation, relaxation and entertainment, including the addition of 27 new rooms and a well-being area (spa, indoor pool, sauna, hot tub); Stage 2 – Aimed at business customers, including creating new meeting and conference areas as well as a new restaurant.
