Cancellation policy :

- A $500 deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Final payment is due approximately 30 days prior to arrival.
- A $150 handling fee will be applied to all cancellations.
- Cancellation is possible until noon on the day of arrival at the first hotel.
- Once you have arrived at the hotel, no cancellation or reduction of your stay will be reimbursed.
